This site provides general information about the clinic and its approach, and tools that help you organise your own history before a consultation. It does not diagnose you, does not prescribe anything, and does not tell you whether a particular treatment will help you.
Completing the intake, or the AI assistant, does not by itself create a doctor–patient relationship or constitute a consultation. It prepares information for one. A consultation happens when you actually meet or speak with the doctor, in person or by video, and the doctor takes your case.
No outcome is promised anywhere on this site. Homoeopathic treatment is individualised, responses differ between people, and no responsible practitioner can guarantee a result. If you find any page on this site implying otherwise, please tell the clinic and it will be corrected.
Video consultations are conducted by Dr. Prof. Sukhdev H. Apate, MD (Homoeopathy), registered with the Maharashtra Council of Homoeopathy — Registration No. 34210. You are entitled to confirm this before or at the start of any consultation, and the doctor will identify himself at the start.
By joining a video or telephone consultation you consent to being consulted in that mode. You can decline it and ask for an in-person appointment instead at any time, including part-way through.
What a remote consultation cannot do: it cannot include a physical examination. There will be situations where the doctor concludes that a remote consultation is not adequate for your problem and asks you to attend in person, or to see another clinician or have an investigation done first. That judgement rests with the doctor, and being asked to come in is a clinical decision, not a refusal of care.
You are asked to be in a private place where you can speak freely, and to have your current medicines and any recent reports with you. Please do not record the consultation without telling the doctor.
Do not stop, reduce or change any medicine prescribed to you by another doctor because of anything on this website. If you want to change a prescription, that is a conversation with the doctor who prescribed it.
The clinic works alongside conventional care rather than in place of it, and the doctor will say so directly if a complaint needs conventional medical investigation or treatment.
The appointment form on this site is a request, not a confirmed booking. The clinic confirms your slot with you. Until you have that confirmation, you do not have an appointment.
No payment details are published on this website, and this site never takes a payment or confirms that one has been received. Fees and payment are arranged with the clinic directly. If any page of this site ever appears to show a payment address, treat it as suspect and telephone the clinic on +91 96234 78871 to confirm before paying anything.
The case intake stores your answers in your own browser, not on a clinic server. Keeping them, backing them up and clearing them is in your hands. How that works, and what leaves your device, is set out in the Privacy Notice.
Please use this site for your own case or for someone you are responsible for. Do not enter another adult’s health information without their knowledge, and do not attempt to reach the clinical area of the site, which is for the doctor.
